The company, in partnership with Gav-Yam, leads the development and enhancement of MATAM Park. Established in 1974, this long-term strategic collaboration continuously expands employment areas and upgrades infrastructure. These efforts reinforce the park’s position as Israel’s premier destination for multinational technology corporations.

MATAM spans approximately 377,000 sq.m (4,050,000 sq.ft) of premium office space. The park is home to around 80 global leaders, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Intel, Microsoft, IBM, Elbit, Yahoo, and Philips. Employing roughly 15,000 professionals, it serves as a dynamic business ecosystem and a critical economic growth engine for Haifa and northern Israel.

The park is managed and developed by the MATAM Company, a joint venture between the Haifa Economic Corporation and Gav-Yam . MATAM operates two subsidiaries:

  • Shetam Ltd.: Delivers comprehensive site management, development, and maintenance services across the park
  • Haifa International Congress Center Ltd.: Manages a premier complex featuring a performance hall alongside versatile exhibition and conference facilities
