In recent years, the Haifa Economic Corporation has been promoting business tourism in the city, thereby inducting and producing professional, national and international conferences, in collaboration with a myriad of business entities in a wide variety of industries.
Among the conferences worth mentioning which the Corporation supports and encourages are annual conferences about Chinese companies’ investments and conferences of the Israel Society for Medical and Biological Engineering (ISMBE) and more.
The Corporation also participates and represents Haifa in life sciences conferences, such as Biomed, and in the Smart City Expo in Barcelona, among others.
As part of this extensive activity, the Haifa Economic Corporation regularly hosts high-level guests from national and international delegations, including foreign government officials, mayors, businessmen, academic and professional representatives, who come to be impressed by the Corporation's economic and business activities.
