On behalf of the Haifa Municipality, the company planned and developed the Kiryat Haim Sports Park. Located in the open expanses south of Beit Nagler, this 90-dunam (22 acres) park represents a strategic municipal investment of approximately NIS 20 million ($6.5M), combining active recreation with urban environmental planning.
Completed Infrastructure & Elite Facilities
The first three phases of the project are fully completed and operational, delivering high-caliber sports infrastructure to the region:
- Regulation Football Fields: Features two full-size football fields equipped with open stands, actively hosting lower-league matches and corporate workplace leagues.
- Hapoel Haifa Training Ground: Serves as the official primary training facility for the Hapoel Haifa football club, anchoring both their senior team and all youth divisions.
- Community Sports Zones: Offers two synthetic-turf mini-pitch fields for public use, alongside modern outdoor fitness installations.
Green Buffer & Future Development
Strategically situated within the urban landscape, the park acts as a vital green buffer between the residential neighborhoods of Kiryat Haim and the industrial zones of the Haifa Bay. It provides modern, multi-purpose recreational spaces tailored for all age groups.
Looking ahead, the corporation is evaluating plans for additional sports facilities and extreme sports zones. These future expansions will feature advanced landscape architecture and rich vegetation, reinforcing the park's role as a thriving, sustainable urban green space.
